Returns Policy Please inform us immediately upon receipt of your book/s if you are not happy with your purchase. You may do this via e-mail at sales@clarebooks.co.uk or by telephone 020 8567 2464. We will endeavor to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. If you have received a book which you consider does not match our description we will ask you to return it to us. Upon its arrival we will issue a full refund. If you wish to return a book for any other reason you may do so but when refunding your money we will retain the cost of postage to cover our expenses. We ask that all returns should be packed securely and made within 30 days. Please obtain a certificate of postage for books over the value of £30.00. Cancellation Policy Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours - therefore the cancellation of an order will only be possible if you contact us immediately after placing the order - before you receive an e-mail confirming dispatch.
